4 week efficiency sprint
Our 4 week efficiency sprint would consist of three phases: Assessment, Execution & Evaluation
- Assessment phase; the current state of cloud financial management is analyzed and benchmarked, and the gaps and opportunities are identified. (Free FinOps visibility tools)
- Execution phase; the automation plans are implemented and monitored, and the results and feedback are collected and reported.
- Evaluation phase; the outcomes and impacts of the FinOps project are measured and communicated, and the lessons learned, and recommendations are documented.
12 week efficiency sprint
Our 12-week FinOps project would consist of four phases: Assessment, Planning, Execution, and Evaluation.
- Assessment phase (weeks 1-3), the current state of cloud financial management is analyzed and benchmarked, and the gaps and opportunities are identified.
- Planning phase (weeks 4-6), the desired state of cloud financial management is defined and prioritized, and the roadmap and action plan is developed.
- Execution phase (weeks 7-10), the action plan is implemented and monitored, and the results and feedback are collected and reported.
- Evaluation phase (weeks 11-12), the outcomes and impacts of the FinOps project are measured and communicated, and the lessons learned, and recommendations are documented.
FinOps-as-a-service Ongoing
After an initial assessment, our FinOps consultants will determine which tools in the market will best suit your use case and business objectives.
We will ensure smooth POC/onboarding/integration, and then manage the ongoing process during the duration of the sprint. After this, it will be entirely up to you if you want to continue with our managed service or carry on alone...
