It follows a shared responsibility model, where customers are responsible for configuring and maintaining appropriate security controls.
The Impact automation platform is deployed within the customer's AWS account, ensuring data ownership and control, while leveraging AWS's stringent physical and environmental security measures. Impact maintains strong organisational security practices, including personnel security, access controls, and customer authorisation controls.
